Social Services
Our social services department helps residents adjust to becoming members of their new community. They work with residents,
families and community agencies to facilitate a positive adjustment to the life at the facility and prepare for community
re-entry. The Social Services department consists of two social workers, one of which has a master's degree in Family
therapy and is always available to assist families in adjusting to the medical or psychological changes, whether the
placement is temporary or permanent.

Behavioral Services
Our Behavioral Program consists of teaching and improving the lives of the residents through psycho education:
- Anger Management
- Relapse Prevention
- Self Help Support Groups
- Understanding Boundaries
- Understanding Mental Illness
- Mindfulness Exercise
- Activities of Daily Living
Veterans Services
Our facility holds a weekly Veterans Group for residents who have served in the Armed Forces and the facility is working within the
community to increase socialization and quality of life for our veterans. Case Managers from the WHVA visit and follow our residents
to assist with appropriate services and day programming.
Recreation Services
Our Recreation Department is available 7 days a week and continually develops new programs based on resident's suggestions and preferences.
Activities are held on and off the units to assure all residents have the opportunity to participate. Some of the many activities include:
